  • The Construction Supervisor / Site Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of new residential construction projects, from initial excavation to final completion.
  • Compensation includes a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, along with superannuation, a vehicle, and a mobile phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction operations to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the construction process.
  • Regularly coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Proactively plan and schedule work activities, including trades and material procurement.
  • Uphold the integrity and safety of the job site.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Relevant qualifications in building and construction.
