Job Description

We are seeking experienced Chefs and Cooks to join our dynamic teams at a high-volume Pan-Asian restaurant. The successful candidate will be passionate about Asian cuisine and have experience in Thai dishes, wok, or Pan-Asian Cuisine.

The ideal candidate will thrive working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and delivering exceptional food consistently. They will be able to work under pressure in a heated environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Must be an experienced Wok Chef or Cook
  • Experience in Thai dishes and/or Pan Asian Cuisine
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Be able to work under pressure, in a heated environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work a range of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards are advantageous
