We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our workforce as Home Care Support Workers. As valued members, you will provide domestic assistance, personal care services, and social support to elderly clients in their homes.

About the Role:

As a Home Care Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients.
  • Assisting with personal care services including showering, toileting, and assistance with medications to promote independence and well-being.
  • Offering social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients to enhance their quality of life.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a current driver's license and have access to your own vehicle to transport clients safely.
  • Have at least three months' industry experience in a paid aged care setting to demonstrate your skills and knowledge.
  • Be available to work a minimum of six hours a day between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday to meet the needs of our clients.
