Retail Field Representative

As a retail field representative, you will be the face of a well-known global domestic appliances brand in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess product displays, stock levels, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Verify correct pricing and promotional materials, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Negotiate with store managers to increase orders and shelf space.
  • Build relationships with store managers and key staff to promote the brand.
  • Report on product performance, feedback, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or merchandising roles.
  • Experience in a field-based position with a focus on retail and sales is preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Effective organisational and time management skills.
