Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our gardening team as a Garden Maintenance Technician. This role involves maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces.

In this position, you will be responsible for performing tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering. You will also be expected to mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas.

Additional responsibilities include preparing soil, mulch, and plant beds, operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment, and adhering to safety protocols for a safe work environment.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards. Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods, and be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
