Job Title: Full-Time Retail Professional

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Professional to join our team at the Sydney Brand Centre on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong retail sales or customer service background, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members.

Responsibilities include driving store net sales, enhancing the consumer experience, achieving high productivity, and contributing to an active selling environment.

A key focus of this role is to drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets, while also supporting store management in providing customers with an outstanding experience.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for representing the brand and products in an inspiring way, amplifying the brand with every decision and action, and inspiring consumer loyalty.

Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards are also essential aspects of this role.

Working Hours:

Availability to work 38 hours per week, with flexibility across weekdays and weekends according to store hours.

Requirements:

  • Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven success record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, with high performance standards
  • Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
