About Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Business Development Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with current members and identifying new business opportunities in Western Australia.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and retention through outbound calls and proactive engagement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on CCIWA services and products to our valued members.
- Develop and maintain a target list of prospective members to drive growth and revenue.
- Analyse member needs and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell CCIWA services.
- Utilise CRM software to manage pipelines, interactions, and data quality.

This role is based in Perth CBD and offers a competitive salary package.
About You
You will bring a strong track record of customer-focused sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. As a successful Business Development Advisor, you will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven sales experience in B2B environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A drivers licence and police clearance.
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a high level of personal accountability.
