About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Leader to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

This is a full-time opportunity to lead a team and develop a fun, safe, and compliant program for children aged 5-12 years.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to form positive relationships with children, families, and the school community, and a strong understanding of childcare best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a high-quality program that meets the needs of our children and families;
  • SUPERVISING and supporting a group of primary-aged children;
  • Preparing and serving healthy food options;
  • Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community;
  • Nurturing a positive environment for learning, fun, and play;
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • An enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare;
  • A completed or studying Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification;
  • A valid Working with Children Check;
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates;
  • Availability to work from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday;
