Leadership Role

The Academic Support Coordinator position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to lead our K–12 community's learning support and enrichment initiatives.

About the Position
  • Lead and mentor a team of teachers and teacher aides, fostering an inclusive environment where all students can thrive.
  • Oversee learning support programs, including individual education plans and adjustments in line with NCCD guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with staff, families, and allied health professionals to support students with diverse learning needs.
About You
  • A strong Christian faith and active involvement in a local church are essential for this role.
  • NESA accreditation and a valid Working With Children Check are required.
  • Experience in special education, learning support, and/or enrichment programs is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills are necessary for success.
