Respiratory Scientist Role

We are seeking a Respiratory Scientist to provide a diagnostic service in pulmonary physiology to inpatients and outpatients.

The successful candidate will perform specialised tests and analyse results, maintain equipment and consumable supplies, while facilitating and promoting patient safety and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a diagnostic service in pulmonary physiology to inpatients and outpatients that is up-to-date and responsive to the needs of patients and their physicians.
  • Perform specialised tests and analyse results, maintain equipment and consumable supplies, while facilitating and promoting patient safety and quality of care.

The Respiratory Scientist will practice in accordance with Australian and New Zealand Society of Respiratory Science (ANZSRS) and EMHS policies and guidelines.

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia.
