We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our pharmacy.
About the Role:
- This role involves assisting customers with their queries, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and participating in regular training and development opportunities.
- As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting our team members.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including tasks such as restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and preparing stock for display.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as pharmacy operations, patient care, and medication management.
About You:
- Prior experience in a retail or healthcare setting is highly desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges.
- Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
