About the Role

Longridge Group, a leading lifestyle builder in South Australia, is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end estimating activities, adding value to the business with your technical ability and knowledge of the Adelaide market.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Proven estimating and technical experience within the building industry, preferably in volume housing.
• Strong commercial skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• A deep understanding of home building processes and quality control measures.
• Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to tailor a message to your audience.
• A passion for achieving the best building outcomes possible for all parties.

This is a hands-on role that requires technical accuracy and quality commercial results. You will work closely with senior management and have the opportunity to build your career with training and mentoring.
