Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily routines and personal care needs. You will work closely with our experienced care team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily routines and personal care needs
- Assist with washing, bathing, and toileting
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their surroundings
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
