Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our retail team in a Casual Sales Assistant role at our Fountain Gate store.

The successful candidate will be passionate about popular fashion trends, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets.
  • Cash handling and processing sales.
  • Assist with stock management and processing.
  • Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising.
  • Minimise stock loss by following company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to customers.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Value integrity and doing things the right way.
  • Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Be 'solutions focused' when faced with problems.
  • Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising, and experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential.
