Cleaner In Charge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaner In Charge to join our team at Guildford Primary School. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the school's buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Induct, train, lead, and manage cleaning staff, including relief staff
- Monitor and order stock supplies within budget
- Maintain and conduct stocktake of cleaning equipment
- Undertake cleaning of allocated internal and external areas
- Open and lock the college, including setting the security alarm system
- Conduct twice-daily handover with the Manager Corporate Services
- Good attention to detail and ability to work well with others
- Organised, reliable, and punctual
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe cleaning procedures, methods, and practices
