  • Lead Clinical Operations Specialist
Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Clinical Operations Specialist to join our global clinical operations team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, customer focus, and experience in clinical trial monitoring.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for site management from pre-trial assessments to database locks and close-out activities. Additionally, they will liaise and build relationships with internal and external customers, and support the implementation of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management:
    • Manage sites throughout the clinical trial process.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Liaison and Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in clinical trial monitoring.
    • Experience in monitoring early-phase haematology and oncology studies.
    • Demonstrated success as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).
