We are seeking an experienced Head Veterinarian to join our team at our brand new hospital in the beautiful Lake Macquarie region. As a leader in our veterinary clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and mentoring a team of veterinarians and support staff.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a qualified veterinarian with 5 years plus experience working in a veterinary setting. You will be working alongside a dedicated team of support staff, including nurses and veterinarians, to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and mentorship to junior veterinarians
  • Lead a team of veterinarians and support staff to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with other veterinary professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
