**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding and assembling metal parts for various projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Fabricate metal parts using various techniques and equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Operate welding machines and equipment such as MIG, TIG and stick welders
- Ensure all welds are precise and meet quality and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on welding machines and equipment
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety guidelines
- Troubleshoot any issues during fabrication and provide solutions
- Complete projects on time and within set deadlines

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field, preferably in the signage industry
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of metal types, welding processes and fabrication techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working on large-scale signage projects
- Certification in welding is a plus
- Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment
