- Dairy or Food Processing Qualification: A qualification in Dairy or Food Processing is highly desirable, or competitive Manufacturing or Engineering qualifications.
- Strong Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of inspiring and managing teams.
- Decision-Making Abilities: Capability to make timely decisions while upholding high quality and safety standards.
- Outstanding Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership skills with a passion for team development and operational excellence.

- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to provide on-call support as required.
