Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, maintaining high-quality products, and meeting customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out tasks and adhere to the daily production schedule following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Complete all production documentation, including batch sheets, packing, cleaning, and autoclave records as required.
  • Perform daily checks of required materials availability and train in the use of various equipment.
  • Maintain workstations tidy and organized.

Occupational Health and Safety:

At all times protect the safety and wellbeing of self and others in the workplace by adhering to company and individual site policies/practices.

Continuous Improvement:

Use practical process improvement tools and methodology to evaluate, identify, develop, and implement improvements.

Actively use Root-Cause Counter-Measure 5-whys tool to evaluate gaps or misses in performance critical metrics and establish sustainable corrective and preventative actions.

Embrace SQDC culture and actively participate in daily management activities (stand-up meetings, Gembas).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work to a production schedule, use time optimally, and balance multiple tasks.
  • Troubleshooting and mechanical knowledge desirable.
