Job Overview

As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, leading the team, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Coach and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing controllable costs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Store Manager in visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and stock control.
  2. Train the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
  3. Encourage development through timely feedback and coaching.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership or management experience.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
