Role Overview

Talent Focus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Device Territory Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal use of our devices.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new accounts and the expansion of existing ones.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the field.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry within orthopaedics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the orthopaedic market and the needs of healthcare professionals.
