About the RoleWe are seeking skilled nursing professionals to join our hospital's casual pool. As an enrolled nurse, you will work across various wards in a dynamic environment. Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities- Support patients with daily living activities
- Assist in meeting basic human needs
- Recognize and respond to patient health and functional status through ongoing communication with healthcare professionals
- AHPRA registration (without restrictions)
- Experience working in an acute hospital setting
- Flexibility to work in different wards and adapt to changing team dynamics
- Ability to commit to shifts at short notice
- Demonstrated excellence in nursing practice and commitment to professional development
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using health information systems
