Job Title:

Space Planner

We are seeking a skilled Space Planner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the range review process and contribute to category strategy.

About the Role:
  • Partner with Commercial Team, Operation Leaders, and stakeholders to develop, update, and maintain planograms and layouts.
  • Analyse customer and market insights to inform product spacing and ranging initiatives.
  • Work end-to-end with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and implement planograms in stores.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Draw analysis from customer data and market trends to recommend product positioning and visual merchandising strategies.
  2. Collaborate closely with Operation and Support Office Teams to improve planogram rollouts.
  3. Participate in and support initiatives that drive business performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Good time management skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and previous experience working in a retail industry is desirable.
  • Experience using JDA or Spaceman or Autocad Lite is an added advantage.
