We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at YMCA Brisbane's Bald Hills Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service. As an OSHC Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to primary school children before and after school, as well as during school holiday periods.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
- Develop and implement engaging and educational programs that cater to the needs of primary school children
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children
