About The Role

As the Retail Operations Manager at Splend, you will lead a passionate team of product experts in retail-driven hubs, driving sales and customer growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a dynamic team leader who excels in customer-facing environments, possesses a passion for product sales, and fosters a deep product enthusiasm among the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a team culture that embodies knowledge and enthusiasm for Splend's vehicle subscription packages. Provide training and mentorship to product experts to effectively connect these offerings with customer needs.
- Lead the team to achieve sales excellence, fostering ongoing professional growth, strong team cohesion, and effective coaching and performance management.
- Oversee hub operations to ensure seamless functionality and superior service delivery. Identify and address operational challenges, encouraging innovative problem-solving.
- Implement targeted sales strategies, monitor team performance against set targets, and adjust tactics as needed to optimize sales outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of the customer journey from initial inquiry through to successful onboarding, ensuring customers are matched with the perfect product fit to reduce churn and increase loyalty.
- Collaborate with other team leaders, sales managers, and regional managers to align strategies and share valuable insights.
- Ensure the retail space is engaging and conducive to sales, managing product displays and promotional materials to maximize aesthetic appeal and product understanding.
