About The Role
  • Deliver major infrastructure programmes worth $50M to over $200M in value.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Defence Sector stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of significant Defence infrastructure projects meeting client and government expectations.
  • Oversee project financials including forecasting, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Drive a culture focused on delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement within a high-performance team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects in the Defence sector.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale projects valued at $50M to $200M+.
  • A degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving are necessary.
  • Australian citizenship is mandatory due to project security requirements.
