Japanese Language Instructor

The APS is seeking a highly skilled Japanese Language Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our language department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering Japanese language courses to ADF personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Japanese language course content and assessment materials.
- Monitor the academic progress of students and provide timely and actionable individual feedback.
- Review and implement continual improvement to course materials and assessments.
- Provide timely and accurate advice and guidance to the APS 6 Senior Language Instructor.
- Assist in the preparation and conduct of In-Country Training programs for students, including travel to Japan for student assessment.
- Assist in the preparation and conduct of domestic cultural engagement activities for students.
- Identify and research teaching methodology improvement utilizing new technologies.
The Japanese Language Department is responsible for the syllabus design, material development, and delivery of Japanese language courses to ADF personnel. Our team is committed to continuous improvement and utilizes new technologies to enhance the language delivery experience for students.
