About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Arborist to join our team as a Consulting Arborist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on tree management and care, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tree Management and Care: Provide expert advice on tree management and care, including tree inspections, surveys, and assessments.
  • Customer Relations: Manage customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction and following client requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to carry out operational duties according to company guidelines and procedures.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Ensure that all tasks are carried out using the correct equipment and safety procedures outlined.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the arboriculture industry, with a strong background in tree management and care.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of plant maintenance and usage in arboricultural practices, as well as experience with tree biology and council regulations.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Education: Certificate 5 in Arboriculture or equivalent.
