  • Education & Training – Lead and develop targeted education programs, including the Trainee Clinical Coder Program, to support team growth and professional development.
  • Auditing & Quality Assurance – Conduct comprehensive coding audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance coding accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Advisory – Work closely with clinicians and coding professionals to provide insights into casemix, coding, and clinical documentation improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement – Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay ahead of industry changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
