As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, from end-to-end. This includes responding to employee enquiries, maintaining audit records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar payroll role, with a strong focus on accurate data entry and process management. They will also possess knowledge of payroll policies and legislation, as well as experience with payroll systems, preferably Aurion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the payroll process, including data entry and processing
- Responding to employee enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit records
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
