Job Overview

A meticulous and organized Quality Assurance Specialist is required to guarantee every product meets our exacting standards. The ideal candidate will have a personal connection to the brand's values.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve all shipment samples in line with approved pre-production and tech pack communication to suppliers.
  • Ensure quality, fit, color, and labeling meet approval standards.
  • Communicate approvals and quality issues to suppliers for all shipment samples.
  • Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of shipment samples, ensuring critical path deadlines are met to avoid bulk product delays.
  • Review final freight rates and communicate any high variations to cost and margin to buyers for approval.
  • Upload sample photos to sample boards and update Style tracker with shipment sample dates and approval comments.
  • Test and analyze new fabrics and manage care labels to ensure accuracy and relevance to each style and garment.
  • Create and finalize care instructions.
  • Additional tasks as directed by the Product Development Manager.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of garment construction and measurement specs.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a Production/Garment Technician team.
  • Strong organizational skills and incredibly strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, with experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Drive to continuously learn and grow within fashion production.
