Job Title: Director of Improvement and Learning

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in driving system improvements and learning across the department and community services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in improvement science, stakeholder engagement, and leadership. They will use their advanced knowledge to support the department and community service providers to embed improvement science and improve outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to build improvement science capability within government and across the community sector.
  • Use advanced improvement science knowledge to work with provider agencies to enhance their capacity to strengthen care and improve outcomes for children and young people and families.
  • Provide people management and or mentoring to the team and provider agencies to promote and embed improvement science approaches.

Requirements:

  • Experience in using improvement science to embed evidence-informed interventions and support monitoring and evaluation processes.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong communication and partnership skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
