Main Responsibilities
  • Create a warm welcome for our guests, setting the tone for their stay by ensuring a seamless check-in process
  • Support colleagues and empower them to deliver great service by fostering a collaborative environment
  • Treat all guests and team members with respect, sensitivity, and transparency
  • Promote loyalty programs and engage with guests who are not yet members by showcasing the benefits of membership
Additional Duties
  • Manage guest accounts accurately and efficiently to ensure data integrity
  • Take bookings, provide helpful information, and enter reservations promptly and accurately
  • Answer guest queries in a timely and efficient manner by utilizing effective communication skills
  • Address guest requests and handle complaints positively and professionally
  • Liaise with other departments to assist guests and provide a seamless experience
Requirements
  • Previous customer-facing experience is highly desirable
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a willingness to work in a team
