Main Responsibilities- Create a warm welcome for our guests, setting the tone for their stay by ensuring a seamless check-in process
- Support colleagues and empower them to deliver great service by fostering a collaborative environment
- Treat all guests and team members with respect, sensitivity, and transparency
- Promote loyalty programs and engage with guests who are not yet members by showcasing the benefits of membership
- Manage guest accounts accurately and efficiently to ensure data integrity
- Take bookings, provide helpful information, and enter reservations promptly and accurately
- Answer guest queries in a timely and efficient manner by utilizing effective communication skills
- Address guest requests and handle complaints positively and professionally
- Liaise with other departments to assist guests and provide a seamless experience
- Previous customer-facing experience is highly desirable
- Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- A friendly and positive attitude, with a willingness to work in a team
