Job Title: AEW&C Systems Support Lead

This role involves working with a diverse team to shape the future of aerospace and deliver critical programs for the Australian Defence Force.

  • Leverage your technical expertise to develop support system solutions for AEW&C systems.
  • Lead, coordinate and contribute to the update of the E-7A System Support Analysis (SSA) for early fielding analysis tasks, post-production support analysis for Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), verification of support concept and logistic support resource requirements, system modifications which add functionality, improve supportability and/or otherwise impact supportability requirements, SSA source data updates other than those driven by system modifications, and emerging operational environment constraints which impact the maintenance environment.
  • Estimate impacts of system changes and effort required to update support system artefacts.
  • Develop products and services to support the system through-life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring and training team members, quality checks and process improvements.
  • Working closely with AEW&C engineers and Execution Leads to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to achieve project deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance or operational support environments.
  • Formal qualification or demonstrated experience in delivering successful logistics/support systems analysis.
  • Experience working Product Support Analysis environment using industry recognised tools.
  • Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Defence Security Clearance.
