  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels, ensuring clear and concise interactions.
  • Prepare and set up files for printing, demonstrating technical expertise.
  • Utilize bindery and finishing skills to add the final touch of excellence to our products.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Leverage computer and design skills to enhance production processes.
  • Contribute to the shipping of domestic and international packages, ensuring efficient delivery.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A track record of delivering fantastic customer service.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Experience in digital print production or a similar role.
  • Graphic design abilities to work on software's Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator are a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Commercial printing machine operating experience will be handy.
  • A quick learner who adapts easily to new technologies and processes.
