Insurance Investigation Professional

As an experienced investigator, you will have a strong understanding of the demands of insurance investigations and be able to identify key areas for inquiry. Your excellent communication, time management, and report-writing skills will enable you to produce high-quality reports that meet the highest standards.

  • Conduct professional interviews (face-to-face, phone, video) to gather information and evidence.
  • Analyse and assess evidence to determine appropriate lines of inquiry, identifying discrepancies and pursuing clarification.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and timely reports based on the evidence obtained, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in factual investigations within the insurance industry.

  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
