Job Title: Senior Manager, Tax Strategy

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of Australian tax rules and a deep understanding of cross-border tax issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize company performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex tax matters and provide informed advice to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless tax compliance and reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation of transfer pricing documentation with external advisors.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks through proactive risk management strategies.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in corporate tax, preferably in a Big 4 public accounting firm or industry.
  • Qualified CA and/or lawyer with a strong understanding of Australian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
