- Monitor and track urgent orders and freight movements to guarantee timely delivery
- Consolidate freight wherever possible to minimize costs
- Manage incoming freight by verifying manifests and updating relevant registers
- Coordinate outgoing freight and backloads, including preparation of necessary documentation
- Update registers such as Component Core Register, A/C Bottle Register, Grease Register, Track Register, Rebuilt Components Register
- Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate discrepancies between shelf and system levels
- Support housekeeping audits and inspections
- Perform routine system checks and balance adjustments
- Assist the accounts department with APWF and related tasks as needed
- Notify relevant stakeholders upon receipt of urgent or critical orders
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of warehousing and logistics within a mine site environment
- Exhibit exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Display strong problem-solving abilities to handle stakeholder complaints and resolve business challenges
- Proficiency in JDE software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Hold a valid Forklift High Risk license
