Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge technology to support critical projects in a collaborative global environment.

  • Prepare equipment models, layouts, drawings and analysis.
  • Create documentation to support interfacing with production facilities.
  • Manage design configuration and implementation.
  • Support Acceptance Testing activities, including Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test.
  • Prepare test reports, project documentation, production baselines, and supplier technical data packs.
  • Develop processes for conducting engineering activities, including Acceptance Tests.
  • Support Root Cause Analysis for Non-Conforming products.
  • Conduct product Safety Assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • CAD systems such as SolidWorks (desirable).
  • Experience in a similar role in a defence environment (desirable).
  • The ability to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance.
