As an IT Support Graduate, you will play a key role in providing first-line technical assistance to our internal teams.

About the Role

This position involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining internal systems, and assisting with user onboarding. You will work closely with other departments to understand their IT requirements and deliver responsive support.

  • Troubleshoot problems with Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network access.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing systems.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning accounts, configuring devices, and granting platform access.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve processes and documentation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an IT support environment is advantageous but not required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11, network connectivity, and common peripherals.
  • Exposure to user account management in Active Directory or Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including MFA, phishing awareness, and secure data handling.
  • Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent effective communication skills (verbal and written).
