Dynamic Retail Opportunity

We seek a skilled Retail Professional to join our Harbour Town Factory Outlet team in Adelaide.

This is an exciting chance for someone who is passionate about sport, has excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
  • Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
  • The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way

Requirements:

  • A strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success
  • Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends
