Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ecologist to join our team in a senior leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on terrestrial ecology projects, leading and coordinating environmental surveys and impact assessments, and delivering high-quality technical reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecology, with a minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience, and BAM accreditation. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science and/or Ecology
  • Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) accreditation
  • Demonstrated identification skills in New South Wales flora, fauna, and ecological communities
  • Strong commercial acumen to financially manage projects and seek out new business development opportunities
