  • Previous experience or voluntary experience at a university with career hubs/internship placement is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to connect with others and network effectively.
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • The ability to establish local networks, connect with host companies, and maintain relationships is crucial for success in this role.
  • A positive attitude, high motivation, and calm under pressure are essential qualities for this position.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are necessary to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Great customer service skills are required to provide excellent support to students and host companies.
  • A professional personal presentation is essential for representing our organisation.
  • The ability to travel to meet clients is a requirement of this role.
