Cyber Security Strategist

This role provides a comprehensive scope, encompassing key responsibilities including:
- Monitoring and analyzing cybersecurity events via a SIEM platform.
- Contributing to incident response activities under the direction of the Cyber Security Manager.
- Managing vulnerabilities based on automated or manual CVE notifications.
- Conducting cyber supply chain risk analysis for COTS and OSS.
- Providing advice to Product Teams on logging and monitoring implementation.
As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia's future. You will work on cybersecurity and information warfare projects in Canberra (ACT).
You will be responsible for analyzing and responding to cybersecurity threats, managing vulnerabilities, and conducting cyber supply chain risk assessments. Your expertise will be crucial in helping deliver critical Defence projects that protect Australia and shape its future.
