Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake end-to-end procurement, project planning, contract management, budgeting, and provide secretariat support for Commission committees, working groups, and meetings.">
  2. Assist with the National Hand Hygiene Initiative help desk as required.">

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing secretariat and project management support, including managing and reporting on budgets.">
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and research skills, sound judgement, and innovative problem-solving abilities.">
  • High level organisational skills, including ability to manage competing priorities, show initiative in meeting deadlines.">
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to produce high level documents that clearly communicate complex issues.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively, develop productive relationships with stakeholders.">
