Job Description:">

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead cargo operations performance in the Australia, New Zealand and Tahiti region.

This role is responsible for driving continuous process improvements, cost control, reporting and metrics. Key responsibilities include audits, metric improvement, data analysis, safety compliance, vendor relationships and ensuring stations have necessary tools to meet revenue and profitability targets.

The position involves project management and implementation to facilitate accountability, transparency and prioritization of cargo operational metrics to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Influence performance through internal and external cross-functional teaming.">
  3. Design and implement transparency, accountability tools, service level agreements and performance reports for internal and external customers.">
  4. Facilitate and enable accountability, transparency and prioritization of cargo operational metrics to meet customer expectations.">
  5. Continuously improve field processes, warehouse processes, vendor processes, service level agreements, metrics, reporting and tools.">
  6. Analyze root causes (vendor and UA), trends, region and station performance, conduct station visits, quarterly presentations and manage operational anomalies.">
  7. Lead and develop skills of service partner staff to deliver consistent customer service and quality products according to Company guidelines and KPIs.">
  8. Travel to stations for QC Audits, Corp Security audits, QBRs and GHA Operations evaluations.">
  9. Co-develop the region's financial budget, control operational expenses and reduce fines and claims due to service failures.">
  10. Maintain a positive relationship with the Cargo Sales team to support revenue growth strategies.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.">
  • 2 years experience in cargo, warehouse or related operations.">
  • Ability to work and influence cross-functionally.">
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations.">
  • Analytical and influencing skills.">
  • Licenced to work in Australia without sponsorship.">
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).">
  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time.">
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.">
  • Reliable attendance is an essential function of the position.">
