We are seeking a dynamic Front of House Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the bar and floor, ensuring the venue is ready for service, and managing bookings.

This role also involves leading and delegating to a small team of 4-6 people, providing high quality and casual service, cash handling and cash ups, and RSA responsibility.

The successful applicant will possess excellent customer service skills, great time management, and a positive attitude.

Additionally, they will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a management position, open and close experience, minimum 2 years of bar experience, basic stock management experience, and basic roster experience.

The job type is part-time, with 25 hours per week. The salary range is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, with performance bonuses and tips included.

Applicants must be willing to work rotating rosters and weekends, and be based in Wollongong, NSW.

While not essential, previous experience in restaurant management or bartending would be highly regarded.
