Enrolled Nurse Role at Correctional Centre

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at the Correctional Centre. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our clients. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

The ideal candidate will have current registration as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and at least one full year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals with complex healthcare needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current registration as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • At least one full year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with others as part of an interdisciplinary team
