About Your Role

As a Health, Safety and Environment Partner, you will be part of an effective and dynamic HSE business partnering team supporting customers in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will coach and mentor teams to embed HSE as a key operating discipline.
  • You will act as a role model demonstrating full support for health, safety, and environmental programs.
  • You will support leadership teams providing specialist advice and support.
  • You will lead workplace inspections, risk assessments, investigations, audits, and identify hazards.
  • You will work with teams to ensure adherence to the HSE SMS across operations and align teams to address HSE risks.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS with a minimum Diploma of WHS, or more advanced qualifications in Health, Safety, or Environment are highly regarded.
  • You must have minimum 3 years' experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles as an active safety partner in a high-risk work environment.
  • You must have current and demonstrated knowledge of relevant HSE compliance and regulatory frameworks, coupled with a passion for your profession.
  • ICAM lead investigator Training Certification is required.
  • You must have strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
